Price
The price is USD 22 per ticket. Children aged 0 to 2 years can visit for free. If you are interested in it, please don't hesitate to contact us. Children aged 3 to 12 years need to purchase tickets at the Sky Shibuya ticket office.

Cancellation Policy
- The outdoor area might be closed due to extreme weather. As long as the indoor area remains open, the booking cannot be canceled or changed.
- Please arrive at the appointed time on your ticket. The date and time cannot be changed. If you are late, Shibuya Sky reserves the right to deny entry without a refund.
How to Get to Sky Shibuya
Take a subway train to Shibuya Station. Exit from the underground Exit 6 and take the elevator to the 14th floor.

- The following items are not permitted at Sky Shibuya: handbags, backpacks, small bags, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, headphones/earphones, hats, knitted hats, food and drinks, loose items that could be scattered or dropped, strollers, wine bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and any other items that may cause disturbances.
- Pets are not permitted at Sky Shibuya, with the exception of certified service animals.
- Intoxicated visitors may be denied entry to Sky Shibuya without a refund.
- Smoking is forbidden.
- Photography for personal use is allowed at Sky Shibuya, but commercial photography and live streaming are strictly prohibited.
