Before You Book

• Children aged 0-2 years old can join this event for free, on condition that they do not occupy a separate seat.
• Group size: 1-43 people.
• If you choose a private trolley at Gangchon Rail Bike, an additional fee of 5000 KRW (per person) will be charged and needs to be paid on site.
• One day before the departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. This email will contain a group chat link where you can communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder.
• Please make sure to wait at the starting point 10 minutes before the departure time. If you are late, you will not be able to get a refund.
• Regarding the carrying of strollers or luggage, please contact our customer service team as it depends on the size of the bus on the day of your trip.
• If you need travel insurance, please arrange it separately.
• The vehicles are allocated according to the number of people on the day of the tour and are not available for individual use.
• The itinerary is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

Cancelation Policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the activity starts.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions, the tour operator holds the right to cancel the tour. Should such a cancellation occur, you will be given the choice to either reschedule your tour or request a full refund.
