How to Get Tickets

• Tickets are released and available for booking 15 days before the departure date. 
• Your QR codes will be sent by email after booking confirmation.

How to Use Tickets

• Please bring your passport and QR code to the departure terminal. Both will be checked before boarding.
• Please arrive at the departure terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may be denied boarding.

Luggage Allowance

• Checked Luggage: Each passenger may check in one piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg and with a volume of no more than 0.1 m³, free of charge.
• Carry-on Luggage: Each passenger may bring one piece of carry-on luggage weighing up to 5 kg and with a volume of no more than 0.02 m³.
• If your luggage exceeds the free allowance, an additional fee must be paid before boarding.
• Infants: Children under 1 year old may travel free of charge but are not entitled to a separate seat or a free luggage allowance.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available before the tickets are booked.
• Once the tickets are booked, the service fee will not be refunded.
• A refund of 85% of the ticket price will be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure.
• No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the departure time.
