Book Yining to Almaty International Bus Tickets Online

It is very convenient to travel from Yining to Almaty by bus. The service operates daily, except during major Chinese national holidays such as the Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and National Day.

• Departure station: Yili Passenger Transport Center (伊犁州客运中心), No.460, Jiefang West Road (解放西路460号).

• Book in Advance – Please book your tickets at least 7 days before your departure date.
• Visa Requirements – Make sure you have all the necessary travel documents, including a valid visa for Kazakhstan if required.
• Arrive Early – It is recommended to arrive at the bus station at least 2 hours before departure, as baggage check-in may be required.
• Bring Your Own Food – Meals are generally not provided on the bus, so bringing snacks and drinks is recommended.
• Prepare Small Change – Many taxi drivers may not have enough change for large bills.
• Use Yandex Go – Yandex Go is the most commonly used local taxi app.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available before the tickets are booked.
• Tickets can be canceled three days or more before the departure date. A 30% (USD 20)  cancellation fee will be charged, and the service fee is non-refundable.
• If passengers cancel the trip after departure on the bus to Almaty, no refund will be issued.

• Ticket price: USD 30, plus a service fee of USD 15 per ticket. Please note that USD prices are for reference only; final payment will be based on real-time exchange rates.
• The ticket price is the same for adults and children.
