Sightseeing Route
Your journey begins with an exciting test of courage on the famous glass bridge, followed by a descent to the canyon floor and a scenic hike lasting about 2 hours. At the end of the hike, take a ferry from Shenquan Lake Port to exit the canyon.
Glass Bridge Section
The Glass Bridge is the first highlight after entering the canyon area. It is recommended to spend around one hour walking across the bridge and admiring the breathtaking canyon views below. You can also explore the glass plank road for an extra thrill.
Afterwards, take a lift—about 90 meters high—down to the canyon floor. Alternatively, you may choose to descend by ropeway or slide, both available at your own expense.
Hiking Section
The hiking route follows a clear stream through the canyon, offering peaceful scenery and unique rock formations. The walk starts at One Line Sky and continues past Rainbow Square and Waterfall, Turtle Probes the Stream, and Bandit Cave.

Hiking Highlights
One Line Sky – The narrowest attraction in the canyon, with its tightest section measuring just 2 meters wide.
Rainbow Square and Waterfalls – Located near a cluster of waterfalls, this area is ideal for a short break. On sunny days, rainbows may appear in the mist.
Turtle Probes the Stream – A massive rock formation resembling a turtle reaching into the stream below.
Bandit Cave – Once occupied by bandits for over 50 years in the early 20th century. Military relics, including nitrate-refining platforms and shooting caves, can still be seen today.

Once the tickets are booked, the service fee is non-refundable.
Tickets can be canceled at least 3 days before the visiting date for a full refund of the ticket price.
How to Use the Ticket
A confirmation email will be sent once your tickets are booked. Please bring your passports to the ticket office at Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon to have your ticket verified before entering the canyon area.
Good to Know Before Visiting the Glass Bridge
Flammable or combustible items, metal objects, and other hard objects weighing more than 250 grams are not allowed on the glass bridge.
High-heeled shoes are not permitted on the bridge.
Visitors who are intoxicated, have mental health conditions, heart disease, depression, acrophobia (fear of heights), or mobility difficulties are not recommended to visit the bridge.
Glass or stainless-steel cups may be brought onto the bridge but must not be used while on the bridge.
